Keep track of your agency's resource usage to avoid hitting limits.

Dashboard Overview

Admin > Quotas shows:

• AI generations: Used / Available this month
• Projects: Active / Maximum allowed
• Competitors: Total across all projects / Maximum
• Team members: Active / Maximum allowed
• Keywords tracked: Total / Maximum

Usage Breakdown

View usage by:

• Per project: Which projects consume the most resources
• Per member: Who uses the most AI generations
• Over time: Usage trends over the past months

Alerts

Set up quota alerts:

• 80% threshold: Warning when approaching the limit
• 100% reached: Notification that the quota is exhausted
• Per-member limits: Cap individual usage

Optimizing Usage

• Archive inactive projects to free up project quota
• Remove competitors you no longer need to track
• Consolidate keyword tracking across projects
• Purchase credit packs during peak periods

Tip: Review quotas at the beginning of each month to plan your team's activities accordingly.
