Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (ToS) define the terms and conditions of access and use of the StratGen platform, published by HEXAIT SASU, registered with the Evry Trade and Companies Register under number 992 031 351, with its registered office at 20 Rue du Commandant Maurice Lissac, 91250 Tigery, France (mailing address: 6 rue d'Armaille, 75017 Paris).

Using our services implies full and complete acceptance of these ToS. If you do not accept these terms, please do not use our platform.

StratGen is a SaaS platform for generating SEO content strategies that offers:

• SEO performance analysis via Google Search Console integration
• Keyword and content opportunity identification
• AI-assisted content strategy generation
• Content planning and tracking via an editorial calendar
• Team collaboration with workspace management
• Dashboards and performance reports

To use StratGen, you must create an account by providing accurate and up-to-date information.

• You are responsible for the confidentiality of your login credentials
• An account is personal and cannot be shared
• You must be at least 18 years old or of legal age in your jurisdiction
• Company accounts must be created by authorized representatives
• We reserve the right to suspend or delete any account in violation of these ToS

StratGen offers different subscription plans:

• Starter: For freelancers and small teams (14-day free trial)
• Pro: For growing agencies and teams
• Agency: For large agencies with advanced needs

Payments are processed securely by our payment provider. Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually at your choice. All prices are shown excluding tax, and applicable VAT will be added based on your location.

Regarding the termination of your subscription:

• You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
• You retain access to paid features until the end of the period
• Annual subscriptions may be eligible for a prorated refund within 14 days of purchase
• No refunds for monthly subscriptions after the billing period has started

It is strictly prohibited to:

• Use the platform for illegal or unauthorized purposes
• Attempt to circumvent security measures or technical limitations
• Resell, sublicense, or redistribute access to the platform
• Generate hateful, defamatory, or illegal content
• Intentionally overload our servers (DDoS attacks, abusive scraping)
• Impersonate other users or StratGen
• Use unauthorized bots or automated tools

Regarding intellectual property:

• The StratGen platform, its code, design, and content are the exclusive property of HEXAIT SASU
• You retain ownership of your imported or generated data and content
• You grant us a limited license to process your data as part of the service
• AI-generated content is your property once created
• You are responsible for verifying the originality and legality of generated content

To the extent permitted by law:

• StratGen is provided "as is" without guarantee of specific SEO results
• We do not guarantee 100% service availability
• We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses
• Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the service over the last 12 months
• You are responsible for backing up your data

These ToS are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought first. Failing that, the competent courts of Evry shall have exclusive jurisdiction.

In accordance with regulations, you may also refer to a consumer mediator.

10. Changes to the ToS

We reserve the right to modify these ToS at any time. Significant changes will be notified to you by email at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use of the service after that date constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
