Manage Permissions

Enterprise plan agencies can set fine-grained permissions per member.

Permission Levels

Beyond standard roles, you can configure:

  • Module access: Enable/disable specific modules per user
  • Project access: Restrict users to specific projects
  • Data visibility: Control what data each user can see
  • Action permissions: Allow or restrict specific actions

Setting Up Permissions

  1. Go to Admin > Permissions
  2. Select a team member
  3. Toggle individual permissions on/off
  4. Save changes

Common Configurations

Content writer: Access to Content & Calendar only SEO analyst: Access to Audit, Rank Tracking, and GSC modules Account manager: Access to specific client projects only Junior member: View-only access to all modules

Permission Templates

Create reusable templates:

  1. Configure permissions for a role
  2. Click Save as Template
  3. Apply the template to new team members

Note: Permission management requires an Enterprise plan.
