Bulk Import

Save time by importing data in bulk instead of entering it manually.

Supported Imports

• Keywords: Import keyword lists for tracking
• Competitors: Add multiple competitors at once
• Content plans: Import an existing editorial calendar

CSV Format

Keywords CSV:

keyword,search_volume,difficulty

Competitors CSV:

domain,name

Import Process

1. Go to the relevant module (Rank Tracking, Competitors, etc.)
2. Click Import CSV
3. Upload your file
4. Map columns to StratGen fields
5. Review the preview
6. Click Import

Validation

• Duplicates are automatically detected and skipped
• Invalid rows are flagged with error messages
• You can download a report of skipped rows

Tip: Download our CSV templates from the import dialog to ensure correct formatting.
