Stripe Configuration

StratGen uses Stripe for secure payment processing and subscription management.

For Workspace Owners

Billing is managed through Stripe's secure portal:

1. Go to Workspace Settings > Billing
2. Click Manage Billing to open the Stripe Customer Portal
3. From there you can:
   • Update payment method
   • View invoices and receipts
   • Change your subscription plan
   • Cancel your subscription

Payment Methods

Accepted payment methods:

• Credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex)
• SEPA direct debit (Europe)

Invoicing

• Invoices are generated automatically each billing cycle
• Download invoices from the Stripe portal
• All invoices include VAT where applicable

Promo Codes

To apply a promo code:

1. Go to Billing > Manage Subscription
2. Enter the code in the promo field at checkout
3. The discount is applied immediately

Security

• All payments processed through Stripe (PCI DSS Level 1)
• StratGen never stores credit card information
• Transactions encrypted with TLS 1.3
