Create and Configure an SEO Project
Projects are the core of StratGen. Each project represents a website you want to optimize.
Step 1: Create a New Project
From your workspace dashboard, click New Project. Fill in:
- Project name: A descriptive name (e.g., "Main Website SEO")
- Main domain: Your website URL (e.g., example.com)
- Niche: Your industry or market segment
Step 2: Geographic Targeting
- Target country: Primary market (e.g., France, United States)
- Target language: Language for content generation
- Additional countries: Optional secondary markets
Step 3: Content Settings
- Target audience: Describe your ideal reader
- Brand voice: Professional, casual, technical, etc.
- Content goals: Traffic, leads, brand awareness
Step 4: Add Competitors
Add 3-5 competitors for competitive analysis:
- Enter their domain names
- StratGen will automatically analyze their SEO data
- You can add more competitors later
Step 5: Connect Google Search Console
For the best results, connect your GSC account:
- Click Connect GSC in project settings
- Authorize StratGen to access your data
- Select the property to link
Important: GSC data significantly improves the quality of AI-generated strategies.
