Manage Your Content

The content pipeline helps you track every piece of content from idea to publication.

Content Statuses

  • Draft: Initial idea or outline
  • Planned: Scheduled for production
  • In Progress: Currently being written
  • In Review: Awaiting editorial review
  • Published: Live on your website
  • Archived: No longer active

Creating Content

  1. Go to Content in your project
  2. Click New Content
  3. Fill in: title, main keyword, content type, target word count
  4. Assign a priority and publication month
  5. Optionally link to an existing opportunity

Content Details

Each content item includes:

  • SEO metadata: Main keyword, related keywords, search intent
  • Planning: Month, priority, estimated volume
  • Production: Status tracking, word count, outline
  • Performance: Position tracking after publication

Bulk Actions

Select multiple content items to:

  • Change status in bulk
  • Reassign to a different pillar
  • Export to CSV
  • Archive completed items
