Manage Your Subscription
Full control over your StratGen subscription.
Changing Plans
- Go to Workspace Settings > Billing
- Click Change Plan
- Select your new plan
- Confirm the change
Upgrading: Takes effect immediately. You're billed the prorated difference. Downgrading: Takes effect at the end of your current billing period.
Updating Payment
- Go to Billing > Manage Billing
- Click Update Payment Method
- Enter new card details via Stripe's secure portal
Viewing Invoices
- All invoices are available in the Stripe portal
- Download PDF invoices for accounting
- Invoices are sent automatically by email
Cancellation
- Go to Billing > Manage Billing
- Click Cancel Subscription
- Choose cancellation reason (optional)
- Confirm cancellation
After cancellation:
- Access continues until the end of the billing period
- Your data is preserved for 30 days
- You can reactivate anytime during the grace period
Note: If you have an annual plan, contact support for prorated refund options.
