Manage Your Subscription

Full control over your StratGen subscription.

Changing Plans

  1. Go to Workspace Settings > Billing
  2. Click Change Plan
  3. Select your new plan
  4. Confirm the change

Upgrading: Takes effect immediately. You're billed the prorated difference. Downgrading: Takes effect at the end of your current billing period.

Updating Payment

  1. Go to Billing > Manage Billing
  2. Click Update Payment Method
  3. Enter new card details via Stripe's secure portal

Viewing Invoices

  • All invoices are available in the Stripe portal
  • Download PDF invoices for accounting
  • Invoices are sent automatically by email

Cancellation

  1. Go to Billing > Manage Billing
  2. Click Cancel Subscription
  3. Choose cancellation reason (optional)
  4. Confirm cancellation

After cancellation:

  • Access continues until the end of the billing period
  • Your data is preserved for 30 days
  • You can reactivate anytime during the grace period

Note: If you have an annual plan, contact support for prorated refund options.
